IMPORTANT NOTES FROM QUESTIONS RAISED BY FDVL
(Answers provided by EMT)
Q.- Can the ticket be used to travel into Derby (for work) early in the morning? Is a return journey only valid after the end of the game?
A. -The season ticket has been based on the Off Peak fare and so it would follow these restrictions
Q.- Do you have to produce your DCFC Season Ticket at the time of travel as proof of ownership?
A - No - only at time of purchase
Q - DCFC season tickets are transferable – if you cannot attend the match, you can lend your season ticket to another person for them to attend. Will this be true for rail season tickets? Presumably the DCFC season ticket number could be recorded rather than the photocard id.
A - Under the National Conditions of Carriage rail tickets are non transferable, there would be no exception with these tickets.
