 DVL volunteers and EMT Local staff received several awards for their efforts to make the line and stations attractive.

ACoRP National Awards - September 2013

                Transition Belper  were placed 3rd in the Best Volunteer Projects (Large) for their work in restoring the gardens and tidying up the station environment.
 Best Community Photo went to the EMT Staff Challenge day at Cromford

Most Improved Small Station - Runner Up  - for the artwork produced by the children of Holy Trinity Primary School, and for the work of the new team of Station Adopters and the Parish Council
